"They worked very hard to level and square the retaining walls and patios. We were very impressed by the lack of cutting corners. Our original patio and retaining walls were never properly installed and they appear to have corrected this problem. For years, we also had a drainage problem on the two sides of the house. They installed a French drain on one side and a basin drain on the other. Time will tell if this completely solves the problem, but the drains were working over the last two days of rain. We were so impressed by the quality of their work that we are having them come back to do a few more landscaping items.

They removed all old materials, repair damaged part of the roof and gave special attention to detail. The Army has a saying "Second to None"!. Xpress' estimate of material was very accurate with minimal waste. Xpress provided a satellite certified roof footage report that was very accurate. Adam personally walked me through all the numbers adding up the the amount of squares required to complete the nearly 4,000 ft roof with 17 pitches and valleys. One crazy roof. "When they inspected my chimney they discovered that my chimney was was never rebuilt correctly, they took pictures that showed mortar was only partially applied and there were cracks . They filled in and sealed what was needed. They also advised me to have my chimney cleaned after burning a cord of word. They offered a warranty on their work and will keep a record of what was done with the pictures. I was pleased especially after I have had more the a few companies clean my chimney and even had one iinstall an insert and no one ever mentioned the condition of my chimney.
