"Mike and Kellie worked with us quickly as my original concrete guy stopped answering communications. They came quickly and completed the job without any issues and it looks GREAT. I highly recommend this company. This is an update for the job that was completed months ago. The project was replacement of some of the sections of a concrete pool surround and off the bat we knew matching the pebbled concrete would be difficult. It is now about 6 weeks and it is almost exactly the same as the original and I have other contractors out for other projects and all remarked at how professional and great the job was. "They worked very hard to level and square the retaining walls and patios. We were very impressed by the lack of cutting corners. Our original patio and retaining walls were never properly installed and they appear to have corrected this problem. For years, we also had a drainage problem on the two sides of the house. They installed a French drain on one side and a basin drain on the other. Time will tell if this completely solves the problem, but the drains were working over the last two days of rain. We were so impressed by the quality of their work that we are having them come back to do a few more landscaping items.

"Mr. Adam Martin who was very personable and humble, and his "Team" of highly professionally trained workers, worked tirelessly the entire day to do the install right. They removed all old materials, repair damaged part of the roof and gave special attention to detail. The Army has a saying "Second to None"!. Xpress' estimate of material was very accurate with minimal waste. Xpress provided a satellite certified roof footage report that was very accurate. Adam personally walked me through all the numbers adding up the the amount of squares required to complete the nearly 4,000 ft roof with 17 pitches and valleys. One crazy roof. Very accurate on underlining materials. If your looking for a roofing professionals look no further..! "There was only one hang up. When I contacted them through e-mail I indicated that I wanted to talk about installing an antique wood burning stove in addition to the chimney inspection and cleaning. The appointment was made for the afternoon on a certain day. But, the guys called that morning and left a message on my voicemail saying they could come early. I did not get the voicemail and they showed up early anyway. I was not home but my mother was there. Unfortunately, these guys did not get the word from the scheduler in the office that I wanted to talk about the installation of the wood burning stove in addition to having the chimney cleaned. So they came did they work and left. I called the workers back (since I had their phone number from the voicemail) and communicated my annoyance at the schedule change. The guy was very apologetic and offered to come back though he was no longer available at the scheduled time which I had blocked off on my calendar.
However, we ended up talking about the project over the phone and he was able to give me all the information I needed about the potential installation over the phone. He was very knowledgable and helpful. So, I'd like to give them a "B" for punctuality though that doesn't seem to really fit the situation. So they get all As despite this little hitch.
