"Of all the stuff that they completed, I don't have any complaint about their workmanship, they did good work, the painting and the trim work that they repaired were good, and they spent a lot of time deciding how to go about that but after replacing several window sills, the screens in those windows no longer fit because the sills were a little bit thicker than the original and he told me that he would resize the screens and get them all to fit again but that has never happened. Also, there is one window frame on one side of the house that he never finished painting and this was in November last year, weather was a little difficult and they definitely had to work around whether or not, it's fair enough, I don't have any complaint about that but I had to keep reminding the owner there was still stuff left undone, he kept assuring me that they would finish the work and they would get the screens back in and then I wouldn't hear from them, I would drop them an e-mail again or call and leave a message again and he would say they will be over to get it done but it never happened. Probably in January, I just got fed up with calling and trying to schedule a firm time when they would actually be able to finish. The last coat of the painting they can't really do if it's raining or it's cold but the fixing of the screens can be done anytime. I think the cost for the stuff that they actually did was fair. It was good work, I didn't really have any complaint about it but they could have done a better work cleaning up."
