"Came out and checked out the chimney - chase cover had rusted and was letting water leak in ( had some staining on my ceiling ). Gave me a fair quote, had a custom stainless steel cover fabricated and installed quickly. They did a great job and would hire again."

"Chimney Sweeper arrived on time and was done in a short amount of time. He explained to me that one of the panels was cracked and needed replaced. When they arrived for the repair, they were done quickly and answered all my questions. I will be using them for future projects."

"They did a very good job on the cleaning. Showed up on time and got it done quickly. They kind be hard to get a hold of and actually showed up twice. Not a huge deal in the end; the chimney got cleaned and the price was great!"

"Excellent service. Jeff was personable and professional. Cost included senior discount."

"They price he quoted, $800, was less than the actual cost by several thousand dollars. Took when week to complete job. Mike and Phil had a lot of conversations about the color of the paint. Always punctual. Communication between contractor and customer was very poor. He would forget what we spoke about. I was talking more to the painters to get the job done."

"They did exactly what we asked them for.  We have an extra large fireplace and they did an excellent job customizing it for the box.  They cleaned up after the work was finished and we thought the price was fair for the work they did.  The quality of their work and the responsiveness were excellent.  We would use them again in the future if needed. "

"They answered the call right away and came either the same day or the next to set the trap.  The trap was place on an angled roof with an open can of cat food as bait.  I was a little unhappy when the cat food began oozing an oily trail down the roof, but figured it would eventually wear off with the weather.  It took several days to capture a raccoon but we did get one.  I always kind of wondered if it was the one that had actually been in our chimney, but realize there isn't any way the company could guarantee that.  When I called to say an animal was trapped, they were working on the south side and didn't want to come get the trap that day.  I had to kind of lean on them as it was a hot day and I didn't want the animal to stay there.  They did come and remove the trap that same day.
