"I highly recommend Fabiano's Construction. Our experience with him was fantastic from beginning to end. The project was to restore and replace the exterior window frames of our 1830 Trinity. The previous owners had installed new windows on the inside but left the old ones outside for beauty. Many of these old windows were completely rotten at the bottom, barely holding the small panes of glass together. We got three estimates. One builder wanted to replace the old windows with a second set of new ones. Another was going to patch them up with wood filler. Fabiano was the only one who was willing to actually restore them, using green wood for the parts that were beyond salvaging. It was precision carpentry work requiring problem-solving ingenuity. The new frames and sills are green wood plus Azek (PVC), so they should last forever. Although more major restoration was necessary than foreseen, Fabiano and his crew—his son Will and assistant Simon—still finished the job in the predicted time. They were careful, focused, hard-working, and also really nice, honest people. It was a pleasure to meet them, and the result is a stunning improvement to our house both inside and out. Fabiano is responsive and friendly, an expert who takes pride in his work. Incredibly, his price was the lowest the three. We plan to hire him for another project."

"Had stormdamage,called Impriano(installed roof 27 yrs ago)for repair.Kevin came, he thought the shingles were discontinued.A couple hrs later he confirmed & recommended contacting insurance to start a claim & advised the sales department to set up appointment.Sales rep Brendan came a few days later & gave estimate to replace the roof. He was informative,not pushy,no long presentation required,but all the necessary info was supplied.The insurance process took time.Although insurance only covered the front,due to age we decided on total replacement.Brendan was extremely helpful, supplying detailed lists of the items necessary. His help brought the reimbursement up to the actual cost of the loss.Our job was big, took 2 days, The crew worked hard to be sure there would be no issues overnight & were back 7 the 2nd day,Saturday.1st thing Monday, gutter crew came to reinstall gutters,couple days later electrician came to secure wiring from the attic fan we removed. "Called Doc and he answered the phone (no voice mail). He said, after delivery of dishwasher to inspect for damaged merchandise (sometimes he comes to install and finds product damaged). Gave price of $199.00. When delivery has been made and all is well, call him and he will schedule installation. Delivery was made on a Friday, called him on Saturday (again he answered his phone) and he came on Monday morning. There were no extra charges. Installation was done professionally and quickly. No more doing dishes by hand!"

"Wesley and team did our entire interior and rear exterior of house. Very complicated project (intricate) and time consuming. It was an entire house gut, so we dealt with a ton of subcontracts. Wesley and his team were probably the best (or at least top 3) we dealt with. Always first there and last to leave. very flexible with other contractors working in the space.
