"Project: Waterproof a Basement. Pivotal Basement Solutions, Jeff, Andy, Jake, and their crew were awesome to work with. They did exactly what they stated they were going to do. Professional, courteous, and definitely customer oriented. Answered all my questions and cleaned up when job complete. I highly recommend Pivotal ... a top notch family owned business."

"Highly recommend this company if you need any basement waterproofing done, Very efficient and polite! They came out early morning and stayed to finish project till 8:30 pm; also never took any lunch or breaks! 125% satisfied"

"We were pleased with the customer service, skill set and careful attention provided by Indiana Foundation during last week's waterproofing work on our basement. Josh Solomon and Noah Salisbury were diligent in their attention to our questions and concerns, going the extra mile to ensure a quality installation that met our needs. Our basement is already drier and we hope to build it out for a play/rec room soon."

"This is a great company to use in making a 141 year old basement waterproof. I look foreward to having a waterproo basemant. Craig was pleasant and went the extra mile to make the experience great."

"Thrasher did a good job on the basement foundation and installation of new sump pump. A little pricey. Workers were prompt, courteous and cleaned up when done."

I am a Union tradesman \nPlasterer \nPainter\nCaulker\nWater proofer\nRoofer\nI can do so much more over the years ive become very talented in many construction environments. I habe osha 30 and various boom lifts, and scaffolding equipment.

"My sump pump goes off all the time; I think there is a natural spring around my house. Joe Silverberg, my local U.S. Waterproofing rep., has been wonderful in advising me on my sump pump replacement, (which works beautifully by the way and gives me so much peace of mind!), and on sealing cracks in my basement walls. Whenever I have needed him, Joe comes over right away to address the situation. I highly recommend Joe and U.S. Waterproofing, who does excellent work and stands by that work!"

"We had a different person who came out before them who was horrible and then I tried Crawlspace/Basement Waterproofing Solution because they were reasonably priced and they worked with me on scheduling their time so that they would be there when the electrician are there. They worked together with the electricians and were all done. They were wonderful. It was an all-day project but everybody worked together. Everybody showed up, everybody cooperated, and it was all done in one day with a big job. They were very good with the whole thing. The price was really good deal and all they have to do is seal from the outside to the inside. The biggest thing for us is that, they were here when everybody is here to do one thing. They are really good and we only had one problem but it was all filled up. This company gave exactly what we needed, showed up when they are supposed to, and did a great job. It was perfect. I would recommend right away to anybody before anybody else.  We were very impressed with them."

"Basement Seepage Solutions was my fifth quote. I almost canceled because I was sick of getting quotes and all the big companies charge about the same $70-90 per foot of drain tiles. Matthew's company beat these quotes hands down. He charges $50 a foot plus $10 off a foot for Angies list members (a savings of $1000 for me.). This company beat the next lowest quote by $3,600 so this was a no brainer. Matthew's company did excellent work. They were on time and professional and communicated with me the entire time. Also, Matt is on site during the process and is not just a sales man who comes for a quote then sends out a crew. The job took two days mainly due to the Villages inspection schedule. But I think this is preferable over the big companies that want to do it all in one day but are in your house from 8-8. Highly recommend if you need any sort of basement work done"
