"I’ve hired Soso Remodeling for various projects over the years, including kitchens, bathrooms, decks, and porches, and I’ve never been disappointed with Octavian's workmanship. Each project required different materials like ceramic, porcelain, marble, quartzite, and other natural stones, along with unique layouts, and Octavian has handled everything with expertise. Communication has always been clear from the start, which ensures there are no misunderstandings or issues during the project. "No job is too big or too small for Toa and Kyle Home Solutions. Kyle does it all! My first contract with Kyle involved cleaning gutters, repairing a screen door, and changing the floor tile in the bathroom. This morphed into a huge project that took nearly a year to complete. When Kyle removed the existing bathroom floor tile, he discovered extensive termite damage that had been left by a previous contractor. It was like peeling the layers of an onion. The more Kyle uncovered, the grimmer it looked. He found that the termite damage had extended to two supporting beams downstairs. It involved consulting with a structural engineer and a pest control specialist to determine the exact extent of the termite damage. Kyle took the time to trouble shoot and brainstorm the project, consult with outside experts, and then set up a plan of action that covered two phases: 1. Replacing and reinforcing the beams to support the upstairs floor and 2. Changing out the termite eaten wood and renovating the entire upstairs (new flooring, tub, vanity, cabinets et. al.) Throughout the entire project, Kyle was extremely professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. I so appreciated his patience with me as he sometimes had to explain and re-explain the process until I understood. He is extremely efficient and thorough, and his communication skills are beyond measure. He kept me posted continually throughout the work and sent pictures so I could see the progress. Prior to the onset of any phase, I was given a detailed description of the work to be done and it's cost. If I had questions, he promptly explained them. Kyle also had a unique ability to assess a problematic situation and offer an array of solutions so that I could pick the one that best fit my budget and timeline. I plan to use Kyle for future projects and highly recommend him without any reservations whatsoever. He is simply amazing! Your next home improvement project is in great hands with Toa and Kyle Home Solutions!"

"All I can say is that Kurt is the best contractor I have found in my 10 years on Oahu. Not only was he timely in responding but was punctual everyday. Kurts craftsmanship is second to none. Decided he didn’t like how one tile looked after completed and took it out even though we would have never noticed it. Kurt also install trim which was done with precision. Kurt is a breath of fresh air in a otherwise hit or miss contractor market."

"These guys are prompt, efficient, and hard working. They get back to you in a reasonable amount of time and quote you on the spot for services— no run around with estimates and taking extra time to complete the job. We have an unruly yard and they keep it nicely trimmed and don’t overcharge. We are definitely repeat customers."

"The technicians came in and replaced the pipes under my sink and changed out my old garbage disposal. They were very professional and very kind."

"Clayton was a joy to work with and took all of the anxiety out of fixing these many tasks. He came in to look at what needed to be done beforehand and discussed it with me and came up with a price that I accepted. Once that happened, he sent out a written quote detailing the work that would be done and our agreed upon price. Clayton and staff were came on time when they said they would be there, and his communication skills were outstanding. When he was working on grouting the kitchen sink, he noticed that the screws were rusting and contacted me to let me know that he recommended changing it out. Then he found that the rust was spreading to the entire sink and recommended changing it to prevent further damage. I so appreciated his alerting me to other tasks that could become problems later on so that I could address them early. The work was done to satisfaction and even my tenants commented on how easy he was to work with. I would recommend Clayton and his staff without any reservation and will definitely use him for future work."

"Outstanding! I highly recommend Lucas with CLP Construction. He is always prompt, highly professional, respectful of my home environment, and strives for results that reflect the vision of the client. He takes pride in his work and was meticulous with replacing bathroom countertops, sinks, and flooring in my 3 bathrooms. I am very pleased with the results! CLP estimates are also quite reasonable, making them an affordable option even in the Hawaii economy."

"Everything went well and they did what they supposed to do. They were on time and I had no problem with the service. They were honest and they took care of everything."
