"It went very well. Bill replied quickly to my inquiry, and had a written estimate to me the same night that he came to the house to review the work I needed to have done. He was communicative throughout the entire process, helpful with design questions, and up front about all costs. Knowing I had dogs, Bill suggested we use a newer kind of sand that was especially durable. When it more than doubled the time they had to spend putting it in, the team worked past dark without complaint. They reseeded the yard where their equipment had left tracks and cleaned up after themselves nightly. Bill and his team were friendly but still very professional. Bill came out again the day after everything was installed to make sure I was still happy and the sand was curing properly. The patio is so gorgeous I sometimes just stare at it. "Keystone Custom Decks was absolutely amazing! This summer we took on a very large outdoor project which included an inground gunite pool, paver pool deck, fire pit, paver patio with an outdoor kitchen and bar, and a 20 x 20 covered deck with a fireplace. We used 3 separate contractors for each phase of our project. Despite a minor setback in scheduling due to Covid, Keystone understood the magnitude of our project and how one phase affected the other. They were able to flex their schedule in order to make sure they weren't holding up the other contractors. When the project started it was like poetry in motion. Daniel and his crew were the ultimate professionals and their workmanship was impeccable. Their methodical approach and receptiveness to our input made the project stress free and enjoyable from beginning to end. They traveled 3 hours daily roundtrip to our home and were still the first contractors on site every day. Keystone uses the strongest and best quality materials to build your deck. "Bryan was great! We had Bryan install a new chimney liner a few years ago which was perfect and prompt. This time Bryan came out and identified we needed a new chimney cap and several bricks were loose. He recommended the repairs and said he would repoint all of the bricks from the roof line up. We had a fairly tight request schedule and Bryan was extremely flexible in working what he called a “smaller job” into his schedule for us. The project was started and finished in one day and except for the Great improvement in the chimney, no one can tell he was here. He cleaned all up. We will definitely call Bryan at Smith Exteriors if we have other needs."
