"Gary has done several projects for me and my family. He is always professional, work is done timely and accurately. Feel better that my old hot water heater is installed correctly. Highly recommend Crossroads Plumbing"

"Replaced a tank water heater, the door was too narrow so first pitched removing framing with no guarantee that it’d be replaced correctly. I suggested using a smaller sized unit based on a quote from another plumber which is the route we went. They also covered the overage for the additional cost of the smaller sized unit which was nice but if I wasn’t aware of the option I’m not sure what I would have done. They also only sent one person initially so I helped bring the old unit down and the new one up in between trying to work. Also the breaker to the hot water heater was never flipped back so I’m waiting to see how the unit performs now."

"We were very pleased with this company. They responded extremely quickly and honestly went above and beyond what most would have done. As I explained that we were getting sewer gas in the basement. He explained what I could do to solve the issue if I felt comfortable tackling it myself. He was going to schedule an appointment to fix the issue if I didn't. As I listened to his advice I was able to fix the problem. WOW I was truly impressed that he would take his time to walk me through the process. Again would not hesitate to call him again. Also have mentioned this to others so when they need a plumber they know who to contact."

"They were very fast. Responded to my message on a weekend and were there the next morning to replace my water heater"

"Brothers Ron and Bill are the Plumbers to call! Ron phoned me within 10 minutes of placing my request for a quote on Angieâ s List for replacement of a hot water heater. They gave the best pricing with a superior quality hot water tank. Ron took quite some time on a Saturday to answer all my questions. I would definitely call them again and would highly recommend them. They are Master Plumbers with life-long experience. They also replaced my kitchen faucet while they were here. They were professional, quick, and courteous and very pleasant to talk with too."

"This was a broken cast iron sewer pipe that was in our basement, connecting to the outside pipe through the foundation wall. We could not use our bathrooms (or any water for that matter), so I was thankful that Brian's response was quick. The day he came to replace the pipe, he brought a helper to ensure that the job would be finished in one day. The guys were very personable and the cost was very reasonable for the job they had to do. They also completely cleaned up the inside and outside work sites before they left. I highly recommend Drain Kings - and Brian - and would have them back any time I had a plumbing issue!"

"Can't say enough about the professionalism of Leon and his crew. He gave me an estimate that was dead on what the final charges were. They were there on time, they kept the jobsite clean and the install was top notch. Even the heating and air conditioning contractor who came in the next day to replace the heating and central a/c system commented on how well the install was. I would have no reservations about recommending Leon to work on my house if the case arises."
