"Phil; Not sure how I managed it, but after searching for a good garage door service company here in the Chula Vista area, I settled on yours primarily due to the reviews here and other places--I'm also of the opinion that putting one's own name on the masthead is a positive sign. To keep it short and readable, no notes! Service, communication etc., was stellar. Prices were (based on my research) entirely fair and reasonable--pretty much exactly as expected even after electing to upgrade to dual-spring setup based on Wes' advice (I'm a big believer in over-engineering--it wasn't a hard sell :-) ). Speaking of Wes... Outstanding representative. Explanations were clear, logical and free from pressure. I'm in a business where I frequently have to fix and diagnose gear. There's nothing like watching competence in action--it's a joy to behold. Genuinely enjoyed his visit and watching him put his skill to work. Noticed a couple hours later opening and closing the door that the number of random creaks and rattles (not terrible to begin with) had been dramatically reduced. Looks like we're probably good for the foreseeable future, but just in case, I've squirreled away the receipt and your business card. Bradbury Garage Doors is going to be my first--and only--call.
