"Repair men did not fix the problem. Promised a refund. Never got the $500.00 refund. When speaking with him about the refund I never got, it was one excuse after another. He said I needed to pay for the part up front because they were a small family business. So I put $500.00 down. It took 3 trips.and they could not fix the problem Lee said he would take the loss..when I called numerous times, first he said he had been ill, then he would talk to his son, then he would look into it because he thought a refund was done. The last excuse of returning the money was he did not deal with the financial aspect. I have text him to ask, remind and goad him to replace the $500.00 Still no response. I hired another guy in Bonifay and all that was needed was a belt, cost $165.00. Ramsey and his son took 3 weeks to fix the machine when it took the other guy 1 to check it out, ordered the belt and came back the next day. Be very cautious..when dealing with these two. Ripping off the elderly."
