"We had extensive subsidence on our driveway and several slabs had cracks. The estimator came on time, was professional, described the process, made appropriate measurements, took photos and promised an estimate by email. The estimate arrived 48 hours later and was right in line with others we received but much less than re-pouring the driveway. We approved the job and set a date for it's initiation in about one weeks time. They showed up right on time and commenced work. What was thought to be a 3-4 hour job eventually took 8 hours. No complaints from the contractor. The driveway was level, not perfect, but better than I had hoped for. I ground the uneven cracks myself and filled them with fast-set concrete. The driveway looks almost like new. We're happy so far. Time will tell how permanent the fix is."

I purchased Angie's List "deal" for consultation for $49.00.  It was close to the expiration date before I called to try to book an apt, but I never received a return call.  It makes me not want to use this company for Landscape service - maybe they were too busy at that particular time?  It makes me not want to use the Angie's list "big deal" method - due to potential waste of money. I have been tempted to consider utilizing the big deal through Angie's List, but I just won't do it based on my one attempt that was unsatisfactory - I'm more disappointed w/Angie's List then the Landscaper company.
