Marcus was waiting for me when i got home at 3:40. I explained the problem and he told me the likely issue, the freezer heater. Marcus had it replaced and was on his way by 4:00. Service to return a late placed call on the same day, an appointment within 24 hrs and the tech showed up on time is unbelievable service. I was quoted a price which I thought was fair and the repair was made very quickly. All I need now is to have the repair work, which I expect it to. Great company to deal with."
