"At first, we thought that they were just going to repair the existing wood floor, but after talking to the owner, he said that there was a room that had to be replaced entirely because the planks were in very bad conditions. They got us a great price on the new Oak floor and store it in their warehouse until it was ready to be installed. We thought the process was going to be messy but it was not! They handled everything very carefully, protected our furniture, and vacuumed the area after they sanded the floors, which is pretty much the hardest part. We did a natural refinishing, no color change because we love the natural look of our White Oak Floor. It’s has been amazing to hear all the compliments our floors get from friends and family. There were several repairs and additions I'm interested in making that aren't dependent on each task. The quote was a summarized total and after more than 4 requests for an itemized quote and to identify the construction materials that would be used, I gave up and searched for other service providers. There was a contract clause that limited the paint colors that could be chosen. Additionally, their contract includes a clause of a $5,000 penalty if you say anything they don't like about them online. I was interested in working with them, if there was appropriate communication and clarity of the work to be performed."
