The sales team was responsive, and at first we thought the cost of the job seemed expensive. We went with Pacific as the sales team/bidding process was very professional, informative and engendered trust that they would deliver. Following acceptance of the bid, there was some difficulty getting the job scheduled, but once the job was initiated - it went very smoothly, and quickly. We could not be more pleased with the results. We had questions and concerns during the job, that were quickly responded to. The crews were all very professional and cleaned up after themselves and the job. We will make only one call next time we have a paving stone need!"

The old path was narrow and cracked, and the new one is wide and fits the property better. The pillars gave us a real entrance feel. They also ran low-voltage lights inside the pillars so they light-up at night. It's not flashy, just clean and sharp. The stone matches the front steps, and everything feels like it belongs now. When we were restricted to watering twice a week outdoors my backyard lawn died within two weeks—-it gets full sun. I was nervous about artificial turf because I didn’t know anyone who had it, but the guarantee on the high quality material is very good. We hired INA Kitchens to demolish the existing kitchen, remove 2 walls and have a large open space of the kitchen, including redesign it and build it completely. The work that they did was on a daily basis and each day our supervisor came over either at the end of the day or early in the morning and to personally check the progress of the work. The entire remodeling took more than 3 months (due to COVID) and it included all the paperwork and permits. Very accommodating to our schedule - holding off for 2 weeks while we were out of town. Once work started, Carlos and his did a quick and superb job with demo, clearing, pavers and turf.
