He also gave me some advice on other plumbing projects I have in mind for the future. He was very thorough and professional and really knew his business. "Communication is a problem with this company. I had to call to make the appointment even though I had all the dates available on the signup. On Monday the day of the appointment, I had to call to check on my appointment which was 10-12 at 11:40. They said they would be out there shortly, but I had to call back again at 1:15 to cancel( outraged) -a waste of my day off. Setup the appointment for Friday for 8-10 but, yet again I called they had my name down but, didn't have a time for me. They did dispatch a technician right away and he accomplished the task of replacing an outside hose bib and line in a timely and professional manner."
