"Communication was key on this project and Mark was absolutely on the ball. Day or night he took my calls and helped with any issues I had and walked me through the whole financing process of the project and helped me save money along the way. When I had an issue after the project was completed, they had someone back the next day to make it right. I'd absolutely recommend their services if you need foundation work or waterproofing"

"Mike is an awesome guy! It is truly hard to find honest businesses these days but Mike and his team are an exception. And I say that because most businesses will not fix an issue after the customer complains about an issue with an initial repair. But Permadry just did that for me! There were some issues with the initial repair but when I reached out, Mike took extra steps to make sure my basement problem is fully fixed and he did not charge me a single dime. In fact he had to get a specialist outside his domain to fix my egress window which he happily did. I cannot thank him enough for that. PermaDry truly believes in solving your basement issues and it is hard to find businesses with such good values. I will not hesitate to hire or refer Mike and PermaDry team with any issues with basement waterproofing. Just an awesome experience! With a grateful heart, My family."

"Choosing The Crack Team for our basement waterproofing was a great decision. The crew was professional, showed up on time, and took the job seriously. They walked us through the process and answered all questions patiently. After multiple rainstorms, there?s been no moisture at all. The improvement is noticeable and reassuring."

"They are professional and thorough, but there is really no wiggle room if you would like something differently done. Choices in booklet are pretty basic, not a lot of options (for flooring types, door style, trim) This company is like the Anderson Windows of basements. (No doubt they spend a lot on advertising; There is a reason they are the top result when searching!) Expect to pay quite a bit more than you planned, but I knew if I chose them it would be done and warrantied for everything. Sometimes you just want to sign and not worry, and I would definitely pick Finished basements plus if you are in that situation and have the budget."

"Being the owner of a carpet company in Metro Detroit, my company installs flooring in thousands of basements every year. Many of those basements had issues with water coming in after heavy rainfall. When we wind up in a home that has evidence of moisture we always recommend our customers to BWM because they do a spectacular job EVERY SINGLE TIME, and charge our customers a very fair price. Once they are done with their work, we can install the carpet or flooring and give our customers a beautifully finished basement with ultimate peace of mind. The pros at Basement Waterproofing of Michigan have serviced almost 1,000 of our customers and have yet to hear any negative feedback from anyone of them. We only hear great things from our customers about the team at BWM."

"Russ did an exceptional job dealing with waterproofing issues at our home in Troy. He was prompt, responsive and professional. More importantly, he dealt specifically with the actual problem, as opposed to competitors who were determined to offer extraordinarily costly and unnecessary drainage systems, which were absolute overkill to the actual problem. If I have an issue again, I'm calling Russ. He consistently had a thoughtful response to what I was seeing."

"Absolutely thrilled with the work Watertight Solutions did on our basement crack repair! From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and left the area clean when they were done. Most importantly, the repair was done right and we have complete peace of mind now. I highly recommend Watertight Solutions to anyone needing basement or foundation work."

"We had a french drain and a sump pump put in. The basement was never quite dry after they put the French drain. We called to complain and they sent out the repair man. I said yes the basement was damp before but only when it rained, and now that was damp all the time. I tried to explain to him that the basement was only wet when we a had major rain fall out side. He said that we could purchase a $2100 dehumidifier. When we complained about that. He told us his boss said that we could purchase it for a have it for $1800 and there was a service fee I think around $150. We said we where not going to pay a service fee. In the spring when it raining a lot we started getting water coming through the floor. They came out again and told us to add feeder lines or paint the floor with this special water proof paint. So we painted it. Once again after one of the heavy rains water came up threw the floor. Maybe more work needs to be done they should had said that before they did the job. We trusted the quote they gave us. We trusted what they told us, about what needed to be done to water proof the basement. They where not the least cheapest quote we had or the most expensive."

"The man that came to our house was very nice and we felt as though he was not trying to sell us a basement system, but more-so a piece of mind. Also, he explained exactly where everything would be and how it would all work. Thanks, Roger!"

"We hired Ever-Dry to help with basement issues which they installed two new sump pumps and an interior and exterior drainage system with no issues and all permits were pulled and approved."
