"They did a great job installing a new hot water heater in 2015. In 2021, I noticed water at the base of the tank (possibly a problem with the drain valve). I filled out the online service request form but did not hear back. In the past three weeks, I have called the service line, and cell phone number listed on their profile several times. I was able to leave a message once (approximately two weeks ago). All other times the voice mailboxes have been full. I have not received any response to the online service request form, nor the phone message I left. It is disappointing and frustrating to spend 1k on a hot water heater, but then simply not to be able to reach anyone or get a callback. If the business is shuttered or overwhelmed for any reason, it would be professional and appropriate to post a message to that effect, at the very least."

Well that was a lie. new company came out today and put a camera down and it shows the piping only goes out 40ft which is only my yard and not across the street. Do not hire these people."

"Cummings plumbing came out today to diagnose and repair a water pressure issue. Brandon did an excellent job. He was on time and very professional. He explained every step prior to the work. The price was reasonable. I will be using Cummings plumbing for all future plumbing needs."

"This company does not have a solid understanding of the Generac generators they install. I had the owner out last week to repair ours that is less than 3 years old. He left saying all was good, and on the following Saturday it failed to start for it’s weekly exercise run just as it had before he “repaired” it. Same exact error code. Ask him about Generac’s MobileLink app and he doesn’t have a clue. When I told him it failed again he said that maybe his battery tester was bad and that batteries are not included under the warranty. He said I should buy a new battery. I did, for $190, and it did not solve the problem. When I asked about their covering the cost of the battery, he asked “why should I?”. Steer clear!"
