"These guys were on point from the very start, from the price quote to the labor and professionalism. Very happy and satisfied with their service I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their roof fixed or repaired. They re-did my entire flat roof and removed 4 sections of roof tiles and switched over to shingles. Everything he went over from the very beginning was covered throughout the entire process. Took the the time to explain what was wrong and what needed to be done to correct it."

"David came out promptly and gave me an estimate on new skirting for my mobile home. They started the work within 3 days and finished the job in 4 days. I am completely satisfied with their work, and clean-up."

"Smith & Ramirez Roofing was outstanding! We have a very large roof, so we knew we were in for a big, expensive job. Admittedly, we were apprehensive given past bad experiences with other service providers. We were pleasantly surprised, however, by the punctuality, professionalism, and patience of Armando, Alex and the whole Smith & Ramirez team! Multiple consultations were held to ensure we had a full and complete understanding of everything entailed in the process prior to beginning. Though we had myriad questions throughout, Alex and Armando were always patient and eager to help. The crew were punctual and cleaned up at the end of every day, including a thorough search and collection of all stray nails that had fallen. Alex and Armando also provided copious photos of each stage of the process and helped coordinate insurance claims. They truly went above and beyond with impeccable service and we couldn't be more pleased with the end result. We highly recommend Smith & Ramirez Roofing--you will not be disappointed!"

"I was very leery about hiring a contractor, for this project, but when Megan came out and pointed out the hail damage , to my roof, and explained that my insurance would pay for the work, I knew I had found an honest, person to work with me. She helped me thru the claim process, and even met with the adjuster, to personally show him the damage,. Thanks to her and het very professional team, my roof is once again, water tight and whole, and also my bank account did not suffer the damage I was expecting. Thank you again Megan , you are truely the best."

"The roof was done well and in a timely fashion. Clean up was excellent. But when it was finished, Art did not follow up by getting city inspector to come. I contacted him several times and he was always going to take care of it. After 3 weeks I called myself for the inspection. I am still waiting for the final paper work."
