"I contacted Wise Builders when my mother in laws house needed a quick remodel to her master bath after water damage. She is 93, and I am a designer in Oregon , so working remotely wit a team that would work with me at a distance was of utmost importance. Adam and his team went above what I expected. Communication was clear and daily, even FaceTiming so that I could see the progress. Adam suggested material sources in the area that I would otherwise not have known about. Adam also has a very good design sense which I trusted and made it easier for me. My mother in law being elderly needed some things done outside of the scope of work they came to do, for instance a problem with her dishwasher that one of the fellows on the job fixed for her. The team was thoughtful of her needs and did everything they could to get the job done in a timely manner. They were very clean, protecting the master bedroom from as much of the work in the master bath that they could. "In 2018 we hired Todd and his team to replace a multi-story wooden deck at the rear of our house, a very challenging project that ended up exceeding all of our expectations. We recently had a second child and needed to remodel the lower story of our split level house in Oakland in order to make the space more usable, and luckily we were able to hire Todd again during a break between other jobs. The project ended up being much bigger than we initially thought, but Todd was just as professional, honest and communicative as he had been during our previous project and provided updated cost estimates as we added more scope to the project. "We just completed our kitchen remodel in a fifty year old building. We lived in during the project and they were kind enough to keep my stove and refrigerator in use the whole time. Our Projuct Manager was Meir Bar who was great. He completd all city permits was in attendance for all inspections and was available by phone at all times even when he needed to leave the country. We had the same crew for the entire project and all were very responsive to all my questions and kept me informed as to what they were working on each day. Our project was completed within the time given at the start. The payment schedule was given to me at the start of the project and when had a change order they kept the cost at as low a cost as possible. I would use them for any future construction projects."
