"My husband Bill and I are extremely pleased with the service and quality of products we received from Creative Remodeling of Orlando when renovating our home. Our home was built in 1979 and we were constantly replacing the wood panels due to cracking and rotting wood. Brian with Creative Remodeling came to our house and detailed exactly what they would do and answered any questions we had. Don was our installer and he was great, showed up every day and was a true craftsman. When everything was completed the inspector came and signed off with no problems found. We live in Port Orange, FL and the city is known to have tough inspections. We would hire Brian and his team again in a heartbeat and have already referred his company to people who have commented that our house looks so nice. Great job and Thank You to Brian and the whole team that worked on our house."

"The Salesman Rene (Ron) was excellent and easy to come to an agreement with. Our insurance was lapsing due to the poor condition of our wood panel siding. We decided to take the huge financial burden and replace with vinyl thinking of the future. I was promised it would be done before the insurance lapsed which was 25 days from the contract signing. The insurance company THEN extended another 25 days. This goal was not met. I understood that the insurance company were dropping hundreds of customers at one time thus putting the burden on the contractors. This is just a review to let others know that 2 months minimum is the installation time regardless of what is promised. Dave Crane the owner is an excellent person and even contacted my insurance representative to try and clear things up. I will update with installation review in about 45 days."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Central Florida Stucco & Masonry & Repaired did a great job to removed/demo existing wood siding on the second floor of our home, then wrap the walls with house wrap and wire lathe, and applied 3 coats of stucco. I would recommend them and use them again."

"You can always spot a roof that David Keefe has done. He will give you a beautiful quality roof that you will not have to worry about. Along with the traditional hip roof I also had two flat roofs that needed repair and he was the only one who quoted "torch applied bitumen" vs cold application. Heat is essential in a flat roof replacement to prevent leaks. He provides a generous amount of plywood and wood in his estimate; most companies short you and then add on the cost after the job. He and his crew who are on his payroll (no subs) take pride in delivering the best. This is an honest reliable company that never made me feel anxious or worried about the job they were doing. "Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage. The THR crew never skipped a beat. They brought in additional supplies and effected a complete repair."
