"This was one of GREAT jobs done for me!  I called on Monday and even though they are very busy, they were here at 2:00 PM and it took about an hour to complete.  The technician-Scott, was so neat, clean and did a thourough job.  It works perfectly and it was a mess before. We live in Florida with lots of vegetation around our Townhouse.  He cleaned it out and made sure it drained properly. Took the old one out (with pan) and brought in the new one.  Installed copper piping, made sure the new one was not leaking and then it filled up and we had hot water (finally after a few days without).  We appreciate the timing and perfect job Scott did.  I will be going to the Eye Doctor today for extensive surgery, therefore I am releaved my home is in working order.  Thankyou so much, Susan and Michael McGrain

"When ordering service, I was quoted $385 dollars. On arrival, we were told that our septic tank was very large therefore their disposal costs were more -the price jumped to $550. Needing the septic tank emptied we paid. The service itself was very good. I would have preferred on the initial call that the dispatcher asked specific questions about septic tank size for the quote."

"They came out and noticed that there was a low charge on the heat pump and noticed that there was some corrosion on some of the pipes so they figured there may be a leak in the system. As a result I will be getting a new unit altogether that is covered by the home warranty that Choice has provided. The only out of pocket cost that I need to pay for is any modifications and fabrication that needs to happen to integrate the new system. So in total I am paying $550 for a $5000 system."
