"Total Ripoff! My boiler stopped working the other day and my usual company was unable to come out due to being short-staffed that day. I resorted to google and unfortunately came across Aire Serv. Their technician (who was very nice) came out to assess the situation and determined it was caused by a damaged pilot assembly. After calling around for replacement parts, I was told that the parts were out of stock until later in the week. Despite this, I was still charged $234 for the trip fee and diagnostic fee. I was then quoted $1112 for the repairs to be done once the parts were in. I shared this quote with my normal company and they were appalled! Thankfully they fixed the issue for less than half the price Aire Serv was going to charge me! PLEASE do not use this money-grubbing company, and instead use a local independent company if you need heating work done!"

"I had an emergency as my Kitchen faucet was spraying water everywhere. I had a housesitter coming the next day for three days because I had a family emergency. I was very upset as I could not leave the housesitter without a kitchen.. These great young men arrived and installed a new faucet fixture with speed and efficiency within an hour of my call. I am so very grateful."

Our existing plumber had cancelled three times, and we were in a huge bind -- because we needed a working gas stove to cook for a party of 40 people that night.
