"I connected with Ever fence online for an estimate. It turned out to be very expensive. They sent the marketing executive Mr. Cesar for site visit and measurement. The revised quote was reasonable but still outside of my budget. Couple months later they had promotions and gave me better pricing and also offer financing option. Cesar was pleasant to work with, the installation crew came in for site prep and then in 2 weeks the installation was scheduled and project completed in the same day. The total fence was 270 ft linear and the height is 6 ft. The installation crew should be appreciated because there were about 12 team members be they coordinated well to get the job done in the same day. Thanks Ravi"

"Quality of service was excellent over a 17-day permitted job for full bathroom remodel in 2 bedroom/1 bath single family home. Job included removing two windows and putting in one new window, demo to the studs, new electrical, new plumbing, new walls, lighting, exhaust fan, installation of marble floor and wall tile, installation of new tub and toilet, vanity, quartz vanity counter top with back and side splashes, linen closet, new door and frame, sconces, LED recessed lighting, paint, stucco on exterior, etc. From the initial estimate to the final inspection, Itay was our main point of contact. Very professional and responsive by text and cell phone. Worked six days a week to finish the job with workers at the house from 7am to 5pm most days. The framers, tile workers, painter/cabinet installer, and especially Conrado the plumber were great to work with. The lead foreman, Gabby, was also a real pleasure to work with and caught problems before I did. Only hiccups on the job were either missing fixture parts on my end, or a delayed City inspection due to the weekend. Itay and United Builders of LA are the right guys with great prices, excellent quality, and respectable, professional crew. Can't wait for my HVAC replacement next year!

"James had to make two trips out to my house. On the first trip he accomplished all the tasks enumerated above including going to Home Depot and purchasing the battery for the garage door opener and new light bulbs. He was very fast and efficient, brought all his tools and knew exactly how to proceed. Unfortunately, the battery he bought at Home Depot was bad. So he made a second trip out, no additional cost, checked the battery, went back to Home Depot and found a battery that was good. There were several on the shelf that were not good. Apparently people buy a new battery, return the old one, and get their money back. He said it wasn't unusual to have that happen. James stands behind his work and is extremely competent. Although he's not as cheap as some, he moves to fast and gets so much done, that the overall price for all he accomplishes is reasonable.

"I had a damaged gate. David had previously given me a lower bid than the contractor we hired, but the other contractor was referred to me by a close friend who is a contractor (so we went with him). Although that contractor was fine, he was impossible to reach and the job took a long time to finish as a result. So, when we had a problem with our other gate, I called David! He was amazing. He came out to fix the gate that day. He was on time, and communicated extremely well with us. He did nothing without prior approval and explained the pricing, depending on the problem. He could have easily sold us a new gate motor, but instead fixed it for $245, including TWO visits. This was a bargain for the amount of work that he did, including testing of the parts back at his shop."
