"Diagnosis was correct, parts replaced and the dryer is heating again. the technician provided me with a quote for the parts and emailed me the invoice."

"Fantastic! Exactly what I was looking for - wanted to know if it was a quick fix that could keep our 10 year old dishwasher going a little longer or if it was something bigger where we might just replace it. Chris walked me through testing and told me where problem most likely was without having to pull dishwasher out. Now we can confidently put money into new washer instead of spending lots on repair for an old one."

"Thank you for your excellent repair my fridge , im so glad to i worked with you guys"

"I cannot say enough positive things about Orange Home Supply! From the first phone call to my oven/microwave being fixed was one and a half hours! Customer service was fantastic, both Nick and Sev were polite, on time and incredibly knowledgeable! We had a different company out the prior day and we were told that we had to buy a new oven/microwave unit. Sev came in today & fixed the problem right away & was professional & respectful. I recommend calling for Orange Home supply first! The price was very reasonable! Thank you!"

"My old refrigerator was hot to the touch on the exterior side walls and top of the unit. It's over 20 years old so I thought it's time to replace it. I got it used in 2001 and t's been extremely reliable since that time but I thought it was on its last legs. So I looked at comparable size refrigerators. If you don't want the cheapest one made, they cost around $800 on up. Wow!
I remembered Angie's List and thought I'd search for a repair service to come out and confirm that I needed a new refrigerator. If I was going to spend almost $1,000 on a refrigerator, I wanted to know I absolutely had to. I read e Appliance Repair's reviews and called for an appointment. I got one for the very next day. Great.
I had a 3 hour window in the afternoon for the appointment, and about 45 minutes or so into the window, Joseph the technician called me and said he was on his way and only several minutes away. I loved the heads up phone call.
When Joseph arrived I explained why I called, he took a look at my fridge and said it was all repairable. He quoted me a $150 price for the labor involved before he started any work and I okay'd the price. He opened the back of the fridge, cleaned it out, stopped the condensation from a frozen tube, and did some more things to ensure the problem was fixed. And all the while he explained what he was doing and why. When he was through, the price he quoted was the price I paid. Very professional, very efficient and a great guy as well.
I'm sure I will be using e Appliance Repair in the future and I will definitely ask for Joseph when I do. Excellent service. Reasonable price. Perfect experience. Thank you very much!

"What an incredibly wonderful experience with Larry! My dryer vent got disconnected on a friday night, and I called Larry at 8 p.m. He picked up the phone and told me he could be over at about 11 on Saturday. He was right on time. He reconnected the vent, cleaned the venting system, and also answered several other questions I had about other appliances. All in all, he was at my house for almost an hour, on a saturday, and he only charged me $45. That's unbelievable value."

"The job went great. New panel works and looks great. This upgraded panel was much larger than our previous panel so he also had his stucco guy come and patch up which also looks good. He also installed an electrical line for our dryer that we thought was already installed but wasn't. Definitely will hire him again for any electrical jobs we have (and we already have more work scheduled with him). Highly recommended Scott."

"I was stressing about my dryer being broken for two days. Called Sergei and fixed it the same day. Good job and really nice customers service. Will call again!"

"Kalka sent one of their best serviceman out, Brandon by name. I've had him come to the house before and he is an exemplary example of know how and customer courtesy. He doesn't describe a need for services other than what you need. He performs all the tests, goes over in detail all the check listed requirements he is meant to perform and asks if I understand things completely. If there are suggestions for added maintenance he makes them as suggestions vs. dire warnings. His service allows me to feel secure in the work and in the transactions. I have no reservations in recommending this company and Brandon in particular."

"Excellent service and repair!!! Prompt and professional repair man."
