She said she could have someone out to my home in 45 minutes to give me a free no obligation estimate. John came to my home and gave me two estimates, one to repair my hot water heater and one to install a new one. He was very professional and able to answer all my questions about the pros and cons of each choice. I decided to go with installing a new hot water heater. John was able to take out the old water heater and install the new one the same day he came to give me the estimate. His work and the clean up after the job were excellent.
