Get matched with top water heater repair or service pros in Capitola, CA

"They were very prompt, polite, and professional. My water heater was in a tricky spot . He ended up needing to disconnect a few things related to my furnace as well. They did it without charging me anything extra and When they were done, everything looked and worked great."

"Gabriel Nieto of GN Plumbing did a fine job. He was able to visually detect a leak where the line from the propane tank enters the house, and pressure tested the gas line from the propane tank to the house to confirm the leak. With the help of his assistant, he repaired the line (replacing worn out portions of the line) within a couple of hours, confirmed there were no other leaks in the line (via additional pressure testing), and re-lit the gas furnace and water heater. Only complaint is the extreme expense ($890)."

"Great communication and customer service before and during the repair. Juan was able to quickly identify and fix the problem. I’ll definitely call them again if I need a fix done right"

"Called Trio Heating on a late Friday afternoon and they sent out two technicians (Jose & Dallin) the next morning to fix a gas heater that would not turn on. Their communication from beginning to end was great. They sent me a text 45 minutes before their arrival time and I was able to track their ETA which was extremely helpful. They explained to me what the issue was. I was able to run out and buy a new thermostat for them to install. They did a great job, cleaned everything up and put everything back together. They also typed up everything they worked on and took multiple detailed photos of the unit and emailed 10 minutes after they left. I think what they charged was extremely reasonable for the quality of work. I really appreciated not being charged a higher fee for coming out on a weekend. Will definitely use them again for my HVAC needs!"

"The plumber was very patient, explained the work clearly, and provided fast and excellent service. I highly recommend him!"

"Never in 20 years, living in this house, have I ever had a plumber travel from Monterey, CA, to do plumbing work on a house in Gonzales, CA. I was amazed that any plumber would come to Gonzales, CA, after 20 years of repeated negative experiences. Repaired the kitchen sink faucet. Replaced two (2) outdoor faucets. Recycled the water conditioner. Serviced the heating furnace. All work completed in a most excellent fashion. The plumber was very pleasant to work with. He was terrific."

"john hilberath saved my house. my water heater rusted out and sent water all over my living room floor. luckily my daughter called john and he came right away to turn off the water. he came the next morning with a new water heater and had it installed by the time arrived. he was very courteous and professional in everything he did. I would certainly call on him again."
