"I had a broken sewer pipe underneath my cement floor that was coming up through cracks in the cement. I knew it was a huge job. When the main street pipe started draining into my basement Dave called the city after hours and had them clear the clog, saved me from a disaster. They came on Tuesday morning and finished by end of day Thursday. They dug a trench through the basement then outside to the sidewalk to replace the piping. Incredible job. It was expensive but I knew that going in, just unfortunate."

I needed a plumber to help with a 2 new bathroom addition project. The plumbing was the most critical part of the project, dictating the location and layout of the bathrooms. I interviewed a large number of plumbers. Some had a rough idea of what they would do, others said they would "figure it out on the job", and Curtis sent me detailed drawings and diagrams. That gave me peace of mind from the beginning of the project and allowed me to layout the bathrooms in the most efficient design.
