"Guys were terrific, did an outstanding job from start to finish, protecting walls and corners, picking up and moving items up and out of their way and replaced items back once areas were cleaned, truly professional, polite, helpful and caring. I would recommend them to anyone I knew wanted their carpets cleaned without giving it a second thought. Thanks Again Guys! Respectfully, David Barth"

"Excellent. Mr. Belles spent extra time cleaning our dog Jumper's area, as our pet has cancer and is sick lately and making more messes."

"Diificult to schedule, had to play phone tag on voicemail. Cleaning was thorough."

"Paint stains removed. Floors cleaned to perfection. It smells wonderful in here; fresh and clean. Furniture was moved and replaced, which was great. They even did some light dusting when replacing the nick knacks at no additional cost. 1"

"Excellent experience from sales to installation. Robert was personable and thorough and was able to accommodate our need for quick installation. The team that installed the flooring were professional and worked hard. They encountered unexpected problems, but got them resolved right away. Part of the floor had to be sanded to eliminate uneven spots and they quickly got it done. They pointed out a floor-installed elec. outlet that had been covered by carpet and advised how to make it safe, even bringing in their own electrical guy to rewire it. Even though they were not installing carpet, they brought in someone who worked with carpeting to deal with a peripheral carpet issue. There was no extra charge for these two people coming out to ensure everything was done perfectly. They did a great job. I would recommend this company and those installers to anyone."

"Not the run of the mill average house cleaning. Attention to detail plus they can do small odd jobs around the house, replace registers , put in new trash baskets, even replace the filters in the furnace. Highly recommend!"

"I was very impressed with my overall experience with this company from start to finish. The communication was superb. They had great phone skills and in person all my questions were answered honestly. They outlined every step of the process and followed through on everything they said. They were extremely responsive to my request to move up the treatment appointment. The best part was my carpet came out looking almost brand new! Eaton is amazing."

"I had my house windows CLEANED (inside/outside)--not repaired. The house is almost 30 years old and the windows (to my knowledge as 3rd owner) are original to the house. Premier came out and cleaned the windows as requested. After they left I noted some areas that seemed hazy on one side of the house. They returned to re-clean those windows in front of me (from the outside while I was inside), and it was clear that it wasn't their products nor cleaning ability but the age of the windows that had a haze that could not even be scraped off. I was satisfied with their patience and professionalism in handling my return request. I would hire them again."
