He sent me a detailed list of costs so i could make decisions on what what i wanted done. he found a good vapor barrier and told me how or what i could do to lower the installation. All said and done i wasnt sure about the cost so i called and asked if there was anyway he could get me the carpet i wanted and install it for what i could afford. he assured me it could be done and now i have beautiful new carpet. The insallers that laid the carpet were not only on time but early, were very quick, efficient and did a great job. they took the time to explain some things that they had to do due to the flooring being very old. Over all the company did a great job, and allowed me to keep the samples until i had made a decision and had the carpet installed."

"Both men were pleasant and jobs requested were accomplished. I Would prefer that the 2 individuals who came to our home to provide these services not return in the future. Both men appeared rather unkempt, even dirty. We were their first job of the day, so being dirty due to an earlier job that day was not an excuse.One of them had such a severe chest cough that he probably should have stayed home.
