"Total Chimney installed a new stainless steel cap over my three flue chimney. An initial misunderstanding about price was quickly and fairly resolved with the owner. The three crews which came to my house were all very professional, although the lead tech at the first visit did not measure, so the special order cap did not fit and a second one had to be ordered. The person on the phone told me he would arrive between 9 and 10.
