Came and installed the system a few days later....took the time to explain everything to me and did an amazing job with the installation. "Initial contact was with the owner, Bob. Work was primarily done by Ed and his son. The completed project looks great. Ed was a perfectionist about his work and made sure to plan everything correctly. There were a few glitches along the way but everything was handled well by Ed. Based on our experience Bob was the salesman and Ed (with help from his son) was the worker. The only complaint I have is the additional 500 that was charged after the project was completed. I was told it was for the bathroom fan and alcove in the shower. I believe these items could have increased the price, but I would have preferred being told this before installation rather than after. I specifically asked what the additional costs would be and was told not to worry about it. I wasn't concerned about the additional cost as much as the lack of communication during the project about the additional cost. After it's all done and your told to come up with additional 500 at the very end was not expected - it would have been nice to now that earlier. Aside from that, they were very professional, easygoing, and it was obvious that Ed takes pride in his work. Everything he installed, was installed with careful planning and our new bathroom is beautiful. I recommend Avalon Tub & Tile and would call on them again to do additional jobs for me."

"The exterior trim around my deck door was rotting and falling off. He did an absolute wonderful job showing me what the issues were underneath the trim, telling me options, even consulted a builder friend of his to confirm the best possible solution. The final result was spectacular and you can tell the care and pride he takes in his work. He was transparent with pricing and what he was going to do, and he asked me several times my opinion about the the work to be done and the appearance. He also arrived when he said he would and completed the work carefully but efficiently . He will be my go to person from now on if we need any handyman services in our home. I can't say enough about how pleased we are. He's also a very nice and personable individual."

"The installation only took three days and looks great. We went with white to keep the house cooler since our main living area is south facing. My only gripe is that it took a while between delivery and installation. However, Roman helped me with that. I'll hire Exceptional Exteriors for my next project for sure."

"Mike and Jim were wonderful. Mike handled the interior project and Jim handled the exterior project. Very easy to work with. We had issues with the contract initially and getting the project moving because there was a change in Project management. But Jim the Owner was very generous to make things right once he took over the project. Schedule was done consistently to completion and we had a few cracked tiles after completion and they quickly came back to correct them. No issues now 1 year later. We love all they did. Quality is very good. I would recommend them to anyone now that Jim took over the project management. We purchased the door and tile ourselves so this is not in the cost of service."
