Matt, the installer, laid a tarp down from the door to our bathroom to protect the floors. He asked for our input when he was installing the shelves and grab bars. After he finished cleaning everything up he explained how to used the new shower head and what to use to clean the surface. The next day we texted him with a question and he immediately answered.
