"This review is almost 2 years past due but because of family illness and death I kept putting it off and I greatly apologize for that. In March, 2020, I contacted Progressive after finding out Exodus, a company I hired to install a sliding door in the early 2000s was no longer in business and that the owner now works for Progressive. On a Sunday evening I had a problem closing the door by about 12 inches and left a frantic message on their voicemail. It probably seems silly but it was winter and I had an elderly parent living with me so I was very concerned with the cold even though I did everything I could to cover it up. Before end of business on Monday Progressive came out and fixed the (thankfully) very simple problem and asked for nothing in return. What more can anyone ask for? I will be forever grateful for their assistance."

"Left several messages and a couple email inquiries with no replly. But I waited because of an excellent experience with window washing with this company in the past. I sent photos of the windows that needed screens, but one was forgotten so we needed a repeat visit. On the repeat visit, the wrong screen was replaced (it looks NOTHING like the window that I sent pictures of via email and text). My husband was home the whole time, so Brian simply could have asked. I paid the invoice anyway, but was told that I would still be charged full price for a third return visit. Brian's work is good and prices are fair, but it's ridiculous that I paid for a window that I didn't want rescreened and wasn't even offered a discount on the one that needs it."
