"Starting with my initial call, customer service is a priority for this company. They were able to find an appt. sooner than my originally scheduled time and the technician (Bob) arrived a couple of minutes before me. I explained what I needed and Bob jumped in and started working. He didn't mind me asking questions and occasionally looking over his shoulder.
Bob even added the making sure I'm happy was why he was there, again a sign that excellent customer service is essential in their eyes.
He was determined to get a stubborn condensation drain flowing free and didn't leave until he did.
I will definitely be calling Air Experts in the future.
