"Great experience using Coyote Creek Construction for my master bath remodel. First and foremost, they laughed at my jokes, which is important to me. Following closely behind in importance, though, was their courtesy, cleanliness, and punctuality. They kept us in the loop during the entire process, took care of the “surprises” that accompany every remodel, happily answered questions, and did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. They didn't have a great deal of room to work with and I appreciated their advice and suggestions. It goes without saying that the remodel was a 500% improvement over the old bathroom, and the craftsmanship was excellent."

They put everything back in its place that they had to remove and cleaned up the wood and haled it away. They were very polite workers. "TLDR: slow, expensive, poor workmanship. I am giving them a 2 instead of 1 star just because I like Alan and his crewmen as human beings. I dont think they are necessarily trying to screw people, more just incompetent. I signed up for a time and materials contract with them because my building plan (post frame) was complex and was sure to present some unexpected challenges. $35k later I asked Alan to give me a bid to finish the project because he claimed we were 70-80% done and I was tired of watching it move slower and slower while costs mounted. He came back with a bid of and additional $54k to finish putting the roof on the place. I think this was more of a screw you I am not interested in your project anymore bid than an honest assessment of project costs. I found another honest hard working crew and they finished it for about $15k. It probably would have been even less but they had to spend a day or two fixing stuff that the Masterfield crew had messed up, mostly stuff that was far enough out of level / plumb / square that it prevented moving forward until it was corrected. Another annoying thing was that when Masterfield left, then not only took all the materials I had paid for through them on the and contract (like nails, house wrap, etc.) but the also took all my roof truss hangers and hardware, which was stuff they did not even purchase. I had to pester them for a week to bring me back my roof hardware but they kept everything else. They also mistakenly took my wheelbarrow and left their own, and they left a pile of scaffolding structural pieces that are still in my yard even after I told them multiple times that they forgot these and where to find them. Overall, I wish I dismissed Masterfield sooner but the silver lining is that I found a solid crew to work with on future projects."

"I had an issue (yesterday) with a window installed by BHN in 2016. The problem was with the sash caused by owner oops. I spoke with Chad and after texting him a photo of the sash problem he walked me through the fix over the phone. Otherwise he was willing to personally come to my home and fix the problem after hours. Doesn't get much better than that."

"Bridges did a great job with our kitchen remodel! They came in with a fair price that is competitive with other contractors in the area. Steve quoted me 4-6 weeks duration, and they were completed at 6 weeks. It would have been done in 4 if other schedule conflicts had not got in the way. They did a great job at covering up the work area for demo which got very dusty/dirty. They used quality products and contractors to complete the kitchen and were very willing to work with whatever design decisions we came up with. I appreciate Steve's experience and being able to direct us in what is and what is not possible. Kyle did a great job at maintaining the quality of the install with all the different contractors that came to the house. One word of advice, be ready for contractors to show up at different times throughout the day and even at night (this was a bit of a surprise for us; not a big deal though). Any issue that has come up during and after the project, Steve is very flexible working with us to remedy. I appreciated the process, and we are very happy with the outcome!"
