The work was done in the winter months and the crew and work-site were kept very clean. "From start to finish I could not be happier.   I had an idea (a rough idea) of what I wanted to do.    Dan sat with me (listened with patience) and helped me work through the details of my project, he talked to me about what was important and what was not... after he helped me design the building and details that went along with it.    Along the way he worked with me to make adjustments to the design, as well as offered ideas and solutions to reduce my cost (he saved me about 15%).   There were things I didn't think about when I put my plans in place, Dan communicated with me along the way allowing me to think through the changes as well as the pros/cons of doing so.   There were changes we made along the way that make a lot of sense now that the building is complete.   Amazing work!!! <br /> To find a builder who can complete the work start to finish, stay true to his commitments, and more importantly listen to you is not easy to find.   Dan fits this mold. <br /> I have worked with at least 10 builders in the last 20 years...   this is the first review I have written.   The reason I am writing this review is Dan did an awesome job!    From start to finish communication was great, the work was awesome, and the price was right.    With 100% confidence I would recommend Dan and Patriot Builders to take on a small project to building a high end 6,000 sq foot home.   I am attaching my personal cell phone if you would like to personally talk to me - Frank (913) 461-7217  I will be more then happy to show you the work he did. <br /> Dan, thank you!   Its nice to work with folks who get stuff done! <br />"

"Had a long overdue remodel project on our rental home. GH Improvement came with the vision and made it happen for a fair and reasonable price. Crews were professional and friendly. Overall, the project took about six weeks with a week or so delay due to mis-order by window company. Anything that was wrong, they made right. No hassles. Definately recommend Ryan and his crew. They took a run-down rental and turned it into a real good looker with a ton of curb appeal. We are extremely happy with the work performed by GH Improvement, and will call Ryan again for our next project."

"We bought a building that was going to be demolished in the Page extension/ Hwy 364 route.  We owned property adjacent to the building and had Expert House Movers move the structure approximately 1000 foot across a roadway and onto a new foundation.  I was amazed that they were able to do it without any of the brick fascade cracking/crumbling.  Before the building was lifted and moved, we inspected the interior of the building and took a black marker to areas of interior drywall cracking. After having them lift and move the building, there were no new cracks and the existing cracks were unchanged.  I couldn't believe it.  I would highly recommend them.  It's unbelievable to see the buildings and structures they have moved. <br />"
