No matter how many times I called or questions asked, Earl was always pleasant and willing to assist me in narrowing down my options. Bradley came to do the repairs, and provided outstanding service. He explained each step of the repair process, discussed the options/results and offered new product suggestions. He researched all the switches to ensure each worked, replaced lighting in the living room, kitchen, guest bedroom, outside lighting and bedroom outlets. He attention to detail and pride in his work clearly showed. This may not be the cheapest option, but the quality of work and level of customer experience out weighed the cost. "Our first encounter with Ragsdale was late last summer, around August. We have had problems with both our upstairs and downstairs units over the past four years, and we were finally fed up and wanted the upstairs unit replaced. Ben came out, diagnosed the problem, and quoted us for the replacement of the unit. The price was more than reasonable, considering we had paid three other companies over the two years prior to "fix" different issues. The unit was promptly installed and immediately worked like a champ.
