We used Angie's List and found that FloodPros could assist us. We contacted them immediately and they showed up within the hour to identify the problems, develop a plan to contain and fix the problems. Joe is the owner of Flood Pros and helped us tremendously with what was initially a one month issue but ended up taking four start to finish. He was responsive, honest and empathetic. I felt that he was treating us as if he was his most important client, which clearly was not the case. In addition to having an outstanding crew, they also navigated the sometimes difficult process of insurance claim processing. By taking us directly out of the day to day, we were able to focus on other things that took some of the stress out of something that at times seemed overwhelming. At the end of the process, our home was fully restored and in better condition then where we started. Joe and his team are true professionals and extremely honest. While I truly hope we never have to go through this again, I am very grateful for everything they did."
