"The technician that preformed the service(s), Austin C. (Plumbing Pro), with Service Plus Heating Cooling & Plumbing, was professional, knowledgeable, friendly & efficient. Initially we were just looking for someone to change our kitchen faucet with one we had already purchased. We decided to go with Service Plus because of there good rating on Home Advisor. After Austin changed our kitchen faucet he spoke with us about there, Service Plus Heating Cooling & Plumbing, maintenance program. He explained that if we signed up for the maintenance program with them today, a free water heater flush & fill came with it. At least I believe it was free? I could be mistaken about that? We had been looking to change from our current heating/cooling/plumbing companies maintenance program to someone new because we were just not happy with them. So, it was perfect timing for us to make the change. While Austin was draining the water heater he noticed calcium & pieces of metal. He showed me the calcium & pieces of metal coming from my water heater while it was being drained, and also explained to me what the reason(s) for it was. Come to find out our water softener was not working properly which caused the problems with the water heater. We could have waited until the water heater actually stopped working, but decided to just change it now before it failed and we didn’t have any hot water. We also decided to replace our current water softener since it was not working properly and Austin noticed that there was no brand name or sticker from the original installers. For all we know, it could have been a used system sold to us as new. Either way, it wasn’t working properly so we had it replaced by Austin with Service Plus Heating Cooling & Plumbing, Inc. Needless to say, we highly recommend Service Plus Heating Cooling & Plumbing, Inc. & hopefully you will have Austin, or I’m sure any of there professionals, help you with your heating, cooling and/or plumbing needs."

"Office warned of $89 charge for "diagnosis" of problem. Repairman arrived within 15 minutes of call. His first priority was to make me aware of annual maintenance contract, which would lessen charges for today's service by about $17. Second repairman arrived to help find water shutoff to house and replace one faucet. Two faucets and hoses for washing machine were replaced. Also replaced insides of Delta bathtub faucet."

"Since I was in Chicago, I dealt strictly by phone with TJ Schlink. Understanding my short time frame, TJ was extremely responsive in quickly scheduling the inspection. The inspector was punctual and TJ got back to me very quickly with the test results. There was a problem with the system, but TJ convinced me that it was not a major defect, and gave me a cheap do-it-yourself path to mitigate the issue. "All Star did a great job on all aspects of the job. I was given my choice of colors for the roof and siding with samples to hold together to see the match. The roofers showed up early and stayed late to get as much done as possible the first day. They showed early the second day and stayed until all work was complete and clean-up was done. The roof is beautiful. The siding guys had it a little tougher due to weather but did the job in a timely manner and did excellent work. The siding is beautiful, and the fascia work is just great. It really looks like a new house. The 6 inch white gutters really set off the whole appearance of the house. The gutter guys added some extended downspouts for me that were not in the original estimate and that really helps get the water away from the house. The appearance of my house before was not too bad, but now it really looks like a new house. I really love the work done and professionalism of everyone involved."
