"<p>When I first submitted my request for service, I was a little hesitant because our a/c was not working at all, it was going to be 100 degrees that day and I the earliest I could choose my appointment was the following day.  Within two hours of submitting my request the receptionist called me and put me in direct contact with the repair man so I could explain the problem to him.  Once I explained the problem to him, he stated he would not be able to respond to my house but would make sure somebody could respond.  About two hours after talking to the repair man, someone was at my front door ready to look at my a/c.  He was extremely courteous and professional.  He diagnosed my problem within minutes of being there and showed me the parts that were broken and took his time to answer any questions we had.  When he came inside, he even wore covers over his shoes, to male sure he didn't make our floor dirty.  Overall I was extremely impressed with this company and will be using them for any and all of my repairs.</p> <br />"
