They gave be the price to repair and replace, and when I decided to go with replacement (the bigger of the two jobs), they called in to see if they could do it the same day. They had to keep some other appointments, but they came back the same day and had it ALL DONE in one day. I didn't even have to take more time off work to meet them. They have also made repairs to my microwave oven, my garage door a couple of times, plumbing, and electrical. It can be as quick as the same day or 2-3 days later, it all depends on when I call and what type of service I am asking for. You have to go through a call center and push this and that. The call center could use some improvement. It's like a robo call. Once you talk to a human, they are pretty professional."
