Then they had someone come out and measure our door who told us that they couldn?t install the door/window that we wanted and the sales person sold us something they couldn?t do. "Contacted them through Angie's List to setup an appointment to have a tech come look at my friends pool. The appt was for 8-10am. No tech showed up and no call. At 12:30, I called and spoke with Samantha and she said the tech was stuck at a job and will be late, duh. At 3:30 the tech showed and said it will take about 3 hours @ $125/hour to fix a couple leaky pipes. Said we would get the quote shortly from Sam. All night went by and the next morning @ 10, I texted Sam asking about the quote. She said she was waiting for one of her suppliers to open up to get some pricing. She said we should have the quote with the hour. At 1:20 I texted her again requesting a quote. She said she wanted to check to see if her other tech had any of the equipment needed for the job. At 3:30 I texted asking why the delay in getting just a quote. Never heard from her again. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY!!! NO FOLLOWUP, NO FOLLOW AND TRIES TO OVERPRICE. ***I have since contacted another company. The office called to let us know the tech was on his way; the tech arrived exactly at the scheduled time, and was quoted $240 total from the office within 10 mins from the departure of the tech.
