"Alamo Garage Doors provided an outstanding experience when my garage door stopped opening one morning. The technician arrived quickly, identified the issue with the motor, and repaired it on-site. He also checked the door’s balance and made a few adjustments that made it work smoother than before. I really appreciated their honesty and efficiency."

"Bobby was very professional and prompt! My garage wouldn't open and I was gonna be late for work. He was there within the hour and had my door opened and repaired the opener quickly. I was very satisfied with the cost and would recommend them to everyone. Thanks 4 peaks!!"

"Arrived within 2 hours of phone call. Confirmation of driver on the way included notice that a 2020 background check was conducted on the service rep . Nice touch. Phone person responded to my questions, but got the impression the person didn’t want to be on phone call long. Felt rushed. Made me think twice about whether I was speaking to an employee or an answering service. Questioned whether I made the right call as to which company I called. Service rep who came to house was very professional to deal with. He answered my questions with excellent explanations & detail when selecting make & model of replacement. He gave me 4 quotes in different LiftMaster models. He was knowledgeable & experienced. He was polite and respectful about Covid mask, always being on when speaking with the customer. I told Jay that the company is lucky to have him. There software did not transmit correctly to my email. Jay’s said had a detailed summary of costs for each model. When I went into my email to review the quotes, only the grand total showed on my end. Jay seemed surprised that happened. Thought someone should look into that at the office. We would highly value the cost break-out of the charges for our financial records. An idea for company is to have a small pamphlet available which describes the choices to be made in selecting a new garage door opener for the next 20 years in your house. The web-site has it, so luckily I reviewed it before I arrived. It was not a $300 investment, but over $600. Making the right decision counts in the years ahead."

"Great. When A&R Garage door stood me up I found that A-Authentic had a special coupon for spring replacement. I called and they quickly gave me an appointment for the next day. Derrick came out on time, went over what was needed, gave me an estimate and replaced the springs and tuned up the rest of the door and opener. He also showed me what to look for to make sure everything was adjusted properly. The whole experience went great and Derrick did a great job. I will use them in the future."

"Great!!! Arrived on time. Friendly and knowledgeable. Reasonable price. Did great work. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of Garage door repair."

"When one of the springs snapped on our garage door, it caused it to slam shut. Fortunately no one was injured but we couldn’t even open it manually. This meant having to leave our vehicle out every night so getting it repaired was a priority. From start to finish, our experience with Elite Garage Doors & Gates was great! Our Technician was Jason G. He was very personable, professional, and explained everything that needed to be done and WHY. When we contacted Jason to let him know that we had decided to go with his co., he was at our home the next day. He worked quickly and efficiently. There were no hidden costs or surprise issues that arose—the job was completed as planned…in less than an hour. We highly recommend Elite Garage Doors & Gates. Tim & Marsha Crooks"

"We had our garage door spring break on a Friday. American Home Shield couldn't get anyone to come out before the following week, so we inquired as to which Garage Door Companies would fix it as emergency, since my wife has medical conditions and needs to be able to travel. Of the two Garage Door Companies that are available 24 hours, A1 Garage Door Service LLC was the only one that could be there same evening. They got to our home to fix the broken spring so we could open the Garage around 8:00 pm."

"He was here within the hour and solved the issue that morning. New garage door opener is working great!"

"He came out right away, checked out the garage door opener and found that it is working perfectly, but it is the wiring behind it that needs replaced."

"Mike showed up on time and handled my Garage Door Opener in a professional manner. Mike is courteous and very knowledgeable at his profession. He left a very clean garage and a very satisfied customer."
