"I am giving 5 stars all across the board because (1) a friend recently had his house painted and highly recommended them; (2) the price was comparable with quotes received from other contractors; (3) Alex and James were professional, friendly and extremely patient & prompt with answers to questions I had (and there were a lot) (4) the paint crew was on time, professional, courteous/friendly and considerate of my property and outside items (furniture, grills, potted plants, etc.) and (5) everyone made this a pleasant, seamless project compared with recent projects we've had done. The crew was in our backyard and I went to tell them to just paint around a small shed against the house that I couldn't move. To my surprise, they moved it and that part of the house was already painted! They also removed & re-installed our solar screens when I thought they would just cover them. Their crew's system was so well executed that everything (taping, caulking, scraping/priming, painting, touching up and cleaning up) was totally completed within 7 hours which, I believe, included a lunch break. A&J Keith Painting also repairs cracks/stucco if needed and does not water down paint unlike other contractors, which I can confirm is true because I was home and periodically checked on the progress of the crew. Also, the crew was not noisy, didn't play loud music, knocked on the front door when they needed something and were super polite. Needless to say, we are totally pleased overall. "I was very impressed with George and the father/son team at MagCor. I asked for a quote on some exterior work and George was prompt and thorough in his response. He walked me through the sequence of the repairs and delivered on every aspect of the project. The quality of his work was outstanding. I appreciated his flexibility in scheduling, and his reliability. When the project was completed, George took the initiative to repair and touch up some other parts of the exterior of our home that needed attention. Why? "They came out drained the pool 1 day and the next day they came out early acid washed the pool and replaced about 20 tiles. My pool has never looked better since I moved in 8 years ago. I use them for my pool service now and they have done a great job over the past few months. They also fixed my fence gate for free they said it was a safety issue and just fixed the latch. they said because the pool tech did it in less than 20 min there was no charge."
