His payment schedule is appropriate, with a down payment for materials and later payments as each job is completed. From day one of construction, Gary was in constant contact either in person or by phone. Workers show up when promised, do good work and clean up. The best thing about Gary is his ability to deal with the unexpected complications that come with remodels, and there were many. We are very happy with the results.

"Whereas I like the carpet and flooring, the new baseboards were painted (not a good job) by an unlicensed contractor they subcontracted with. They did credit me $100 however, I was stuck with the mess. We had called after we signed the contract and asked to replace the baseboards in the room that they put the new carpet in. They did not follow through and said we never called to add that to the order. Being out of town during installation, we had no idea things were not going exactly as we planned. I feel the owner and staff are rather condescending. They had an excuse for everything. It was a frustrating experience."
