He quoted us several different options. He never tried to sway us one way or the other. No relentless pressure sales and answered all our questions. Ken does excellent work. He answered all our questions even those that were not pertaining to our water heater. He put the water heater in a pan with a drip line so that we can see if it starts leaking. He was quick, neat, and very courteous. We’ve had other plumbers in our home, and Ken has been the best. If any other plumbing jobs need to be done, we will call “Bumble Bee Plumbing” and request Ken."

"The technician is good and was very helpful explaining. However, once they saw my finance limit I received a call from the office trying to sell me a water heater that I did not need. It was a blatant attempt of a money grap after I just spent $5K on getting my water line replaced. I hate when businesses try to take advantage of people especially when they are in distress. For that I can't recommend this company even though they did the job they were supposed to."

"They sent two men who checked the system very quickly. Even though the system is operating fine, and another company last year said everything was OK, they recommended replacing two parts for a total of about $450. This doesn't make sense since the furnace is working fine and we have a home warranty. Overall this seemed like a heavy marketing call to sell $32 worth of parts at high markup in case they failed. Will not call this company again."
