Only thing I thought was a bit of a hassle was having to schedule multiple people to come out just to give you a quote. Plummer came out to then tell me they had to have his manager come out to sell me the water softener system- then depending on how long it takes another appointment just to install. Was bit of a hassle but luckily I was off work for a week so it wasn’t a huge deal. They will try to upsell you but not pushy by any means. Definitely recommend!"

This doesn't make sense since the furnace is working fine and we have a home warranty. Overall this seemed like a heavy marketing call to sell $32 worth of parts at high markup in case they failed.
