From my understanding, at that time they were short handed on a Production Manager, so they had a PM come out from another state and he had miss measured all 21 of my windows. Long story short they had to reorder all of them and get them shipped so they could get them installed. Original install date was suppose to be in April but finally got them installed in August by Rick. Rick did a fantastic job installing and I would highly recommend this company, their product, and their installation crews. I can already tell that these windows make a night and day difference in efficiency and with keeping the house quieter from all the traffic outside. They quickly found the problem which was created when the original flashing around the chimney was installed improperly and not visible when they did their tear off.
