"When I called I was anxious to have the inspection done but they were booked for a couple days but offered me the name and number of their partner who they purchased the business from who is now semi retired.  I was able to reach him and he said he would be happy to come out in my time frames.  <br /> <br /> He called the evening before to verify and showed up at the time he said he would. He was neatly dressed, professional and thorough.  He took the time to explain all he would be doing.  He was also very careful as to insure no mess got into the house, which it did not and the fireplace was cleaning after he left than when he began. <br /> <br /> When he came in off the roof he gave me a full report of what he did and what I might want to have checked on in another year to two. <br /> <br /> I was VERY pleased with his service.  It is ALWAYS a welcome surprise to use a company that does exactly as they say they are going to do.  I would HIGHLY  recommend <br /> <br />"
