The first time was a series of gas leaks which were quickly repaired by Western Rooter. The second time was the significant work of adding 2 gas meters and the requisite task of re-routing/adding gas piping. I simply cannot recommend Daniel Westereng and Western Rooter enough. Although the owner John came out to assist in the final bid, Daniel and I worked consistently with SoCal Gas to coordinate the improvements. Daniel was quick to return texts, calls, e-mails and worked diligently with all the parties to get the job done. If you need a plumber, save time and call Western Rooter. "Make it Drain does amazing work! They know what they are talking about and they fit you into their schedule right away. They can handle all things plumbing related and only use the best quality materials when they have to do replacements. We had our main sewer line from the street back up. They ran a camera and discovered we had major root intrusion and the clay pipe had begun to separate. They dug an 8ft hole down to the problem area, ran a liner through the clay pipe and replaced the connection. We are so thankful to no longer have to worry about our plumbing backing up.
