"I had a great experience. I highly recommend them. Anthony and his team are prompt, professional and very accommodating. I had all 3 stove lines in my 3 family house get flagged by PSEG and cutoff due to a gas leak from the flex hose. Anthony reached out to me minutes after I put my request on the site that evening. I explained my situation and need to remedy the issue quickly due to my tenants and Anthony reworked his guys’ schedule to be out at my house the next morning. While repairing the lines they noticed a secondary leak due to a very old (probably 40+ years) piece (on 2 units) that sits below the hose attachment. They detected gas even when the gas was off when they removed the hose. They replaced all the parts and tested each one just like PSEG did to make sure the leaks were resolved. PSEG came out that same day and removed the violations from my account. Will definitely be using them again in the future."

"We had a main water line leak between two houses on our property. We received 4 estimates to replace the pipe. All recommended replacing vs trying to repair the pipe. Advanceds’ estimate wasn't the lowest, there was one lower estimate but we elected to go with them because their technicians (Jason and Taz) were so helpful and so pleasant. We felt we could trust them to do a good job as quoted and do it on time. This job was difficult as the main line lies underground beneath asphalt driveway and lawn. The asphalt and the lawn are separated by a low wooden retaining wall. The plan was to dig a trench straight through from house to house and replace the existing pipe with a new pipe. We would later have to repave the trench which would be roughly 50’ long. In addition, we would probably have to rebuild the older retaining wall. The day of the project the owner of the company, Sam, studied the situation and came up with a different plan. He and his team were able to push the pipe through the sleeve which held the broken pipe!! This prevented any need to dig!! No digging!! No breaking up the asphalt, no need to repave, no need to reseed the lawn, no need to fix the retaining wall!! Done. In a matter of hours. Can you imagine our relief? Our actual invoice was for less than half of what was originally quoted. Sam also saved us a lot of money in future repaving and possibly repairing the short retaining wall costs. Sam is not only very knowledgable but is a man with integrity. My feeling throughout this experience with Advanced is that we were all on the same team. Props as well to Isha who works in the office. Isha patiently answered all of our questions and was helpful all around. All scheduling was quick and punctual and we were kept in the loop through it all. A great team who take pride in their work!
